Doll Drive for Orphans in the Philippians Update!

Do you remember out Last Minuter Doll Drive for Cathy?  She was traveling to the Philippians and wanted to take some dollies in her suitcase for the children of a local orphanage she was visiting.  

Well thanks to some very lovely ladies who had been stock piling their handmade dolls and softies for a New doll drive she was able to give a toy to each of the children!!  And they loved them!!!  

Thank you to everyone for sending a dolly/softie in and thank you for Cathy for making some children very happy!

88 Dolls handed out to Children in Ghana

Amy's heading out to Ghana this week, but not empty handed by any means! She'll be taking 88 handmade dollies with her! Hooray!! There are going to be some very happy children this weekend! And it's all thanks to the talented ladies Sewing Bee from the United Church of Christ in Roberts, WI.

Thank you so much ladies, not only for your big hearts but for taking the time to share this with me! It really makes my day knowing that kiddies around the world are having and extra special hug with their new best friend!

33 Dolls for the Children in Thailand

Two Sewing Sisters Jodi & Abby have sent 33 Dolls to Thailand this month!!  How wonderful!  There are all so cute, I love all the pretty colored fabrics you found!  And guess what, they are in the midst of making another batch to send over to Fiji with their Mum next week!
